Etsy Model of the Week

Wow!  Etsy seller Dahl quite possibly has the most amazing models on Etsy.  The clothes are amazing, the photographs are professional and the girls are fierce.  If you are a Project Runway Fan, (who isn't?) then you will recognize the designer as Alison Kelley, from season 3.  Here are a FEW of my favorites.  You can see much more here.

It's been a while since I have bought some new jewelry and my Forever21 pieces are starting to look pretty faded. I am on the hunt for interesting jewelry on Etsy and I am so happy to have found, Bird In Flight Boutique.  I really love the combination and charms and colored beads.  In the shop you can find great pieces in categories like, English Rose Garden, Childhood Memories and Rather Lovely Things.

With fashion week coming to an end, I'm happy to know that I can still see fabulous models and clothes whenever I want on Etsy.  It helps to ease the pain...... unitl next season.  

This week, I couldn't decide on just one model, because all of them are so fierce!  Not to mention the clothes are to die for.  Maybe one day we will see the designs of Poland based, agnieszaswiatly showcased at NY Fashion Week.  She could take her models with her...

Today is a bit chillier then usual in San Diego and I'm getting a little excited that fall is coming. Soon I can wear my light and completely unecessary winter jackets and boots. To be able to roll out of bed and put Uggs on to walk my dog is a activity that I really miss. Sweaters and leggings! I have got my eyes on some really great leather ones.

As I was searching for some fall goodies on Etsy I cam across simplecut. I fell in love with the simple designs with vintage twists. Especially this sequined top...

Etsy Model of the Week

I originally "hearted" seller Janeane Marie, becuase of the beautifully made clothes.   But after closer inspection  I noticed her lovely models as well.... If you are going to make amazing pieces, you better have some great models and Janeane Marie really succeeded.  This season you will see designers finding the medium between hard and soft, or masculine and feminine.  The hard backgrounds really mix well with the more feminine clothing and soft makeup.
